High viscosity agitator

The mixer incorporates a robust triangular anchor assembly for high viscosity. The agitator is fitted with PP scraper blades, ensuring that bottom and walls are scrapedfree from product.

The anchor assembly is developed for very viscous products, and its task is to keep the heating/cooling surfaces free from product. The objective of this is to assist heat transfer of cooled viscose product from the sub-layer adjacent to the cooling surface.

The mixer incorporates a foot step bearing into the anchor to steady the central shaft on  anchor. The agitator shaft is secured to the agitator flange which is mounted with shaft seal functioning as oil leak security.
