Multiblade agitator

The mixer is manufactured with heavy-duty triangular anchor bodies mounted with PP scraper, which scrapes bottom and walls free of product insulation.

The anchor and the multiblade system are developed for very viscous products, where the multiblades on the anchor body feed the laminar flows towards the fixed multiblades of the mixer. The multiblades change the laminar flows effectively into more turbulent flows so that an optimum heating/cooling transmission in the product is obtained. The mixer is equipped with an exchangeable bottom bearing which at the same time stabilizes the central shaft of the anchor. The centre shaft is lead through in the mixer flange in which there is mounted a shaft and a oil leakage safety.
